GrowthBrief Launch Giveaway

The promoter is GrowthBrief, a registered business name of Webrr Digital Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 99 644 620 011), Suite 104, Level 2, 66 Victor Crescent, Narre Warren VIC 3805 ("Promoter").

The promotion opens at 12:00am AEST on 3 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 14 September 2026. Entries received outside this period are ineligible.

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older who are authorised to submit a genuine business brief.

Directors, employees and contractors of the Promoter, suppliers directly involved in administering the promotion, and their immediate families are not eligible. Test, fraudulent, duplicate, spam, withdrawn or otherwise invalid briefs are ineligible.

During the promotion period, submit a genuine brief at growthbrief.com.auand successfully complete GrowthBrief's email and mobile verification process before the promotion closes.

Posting a brief and entering are free. No purchase is required. One entry is permitted per person and business. If multiple eligible briefs are submitted, only the first eligible verified brief will count.

There are five prizes. Each prize is one Visa gift card valued at $500 AUD. The total prize pool is $2,500 AUD. Gift cards are subject to the issuer's activation, expiry and usage conditions, are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash.

The draw will take place electronically at 12:00 noon AEST on 15 September 2026 at the Promoter's address. Five valid entries will be randomly selected, followed by reserve entries. Each entrant may win no more than one prize.

Winners will be contacted using the email and mobile number supplied with their brief within two business days. The winner's first name, surname initial and state will be published on this page for at least 30 days.

Winners must respond and provide any reasonable identity or eligibility information requested by the Promoter. If a prize remains unclaimed, an unclaimed prize draw will take place electronically at 12:00 noon AEDT on 16 December 2026 at the Promoter's address. Replacement winners will be notified within two business days.

The Promoter may verify entry details and disqualify an entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits misleading information, uses multiple identities, or does not comply with these terms. The Promoter's reasonable decision is final, subject to applicable law.

Entry information is collected to administer the promotion, operate the GrowthBrief marketplace, verify eligibility and contact winners. It is handled in accordance with the GrowthBrief Privacy Policy. Entry is separate from marketing consent.

If circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control prevent the promotion from proceeding as planned, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel it subject to any direction from a regulator. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
